Cancellations should be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours before your appointment. With that being said you will be charged 55% of the service if you no call no show, you will also be required to send a $25 deposit if you’d like to book again after a no show/no call. If you no show/no call more than 2 times you will be banned from booking with me again. You must confirm your appointment 24-72 hours before your appointment, if not you will receive a message from me to confirm your appointment. If I receive no message then your appointment will be canceled.
